NCT ID NCT04225624

Summary

This study tested whether a specific type of talk therapy could help people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, or depression who struggle with repetitive, unwanted thoughts. The therapy aimed to teach better attention control skills to help people shift away from these negative thought patterns. Researchers compared this therapy to a standard supportive therapy in 65 participants over 8 weeks to see which was more effective.
