Marijuana oil may soothe uncontrollable itch in new clinical trial

Summary
This study tests a sublingual oil containing a balanced mix of THC and CBD for people with severe chronic itching that hasn't responded to other treatments. About 218 adults will receive either the active oil or a placebo for 6 weeks. The main goal is to see if the oil reduces itching intensity by at least 30%.
