Summary

This study tests whether a cannabis oil containing a balanced mix of THC and CBD can safely reduce severe chronic itching. About 218 adults with severe itch (score 7 or higher on a 0-10 scale) that hasn't improved with other treatments will take either the cannabis oil or a placebo twice daily for 6 weeks. The main goal is to see if at least 30% more people in the cannabis group report a meaningful reduction in itch compared to the placebo group.
