Summary
This study tests whether the drug tezepelumab can help people with severe asthma reduce their daily maintenance inhaler dose without losing control of their asthma. About 326 adolescents and adults will receive tezepelumab injections and then try to step down their usual inhaler therapy. The goal is to see if they can maintain asthma control with less medication.
