Summary

This study aims to collect genetic and health information from 3,000 people to understand how genes affect medication responses. The goal is to help doctors prescribe the right drugs and doses to avoid harmful side effects, especially for people taking multiple medications. Researchers will track participants' health records and medication use for five years to build a database for future medical decisions.
