First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 31, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study looked at whether giving older men testosterone for a short time, along with resistance training, could help their muscles 'remember' and respond better to future exercise. 45 healthy men aged 55-70 participated. The goal was to see if this approach leads to longer-lasting muscle strength and size benefits.
