NCT ID NCT07365293
First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study looks at how to bring the Just Care for Families program to more counties in Oregon. The program helps parents who misuse opioids or stimulants by offering support to reduce drug use and improve family outcomes, like keeping children safely at home. Researchers will test two strategies: a mobile app to make the program more efficient, and trained local experts to guide new counties instead of the original developers. About 254 parents will take part, and the study will track changes in drug use, treatment attendance, and child welfare reports over 18 months.
