Summary
This study tested whether a brief, personalized activity or care routine (called IPPI) is feasible for nursing home residents with dementia who also show signs of distress or depression. Care partners delivered two short sessions per week for six months. The goal was to see if this approach could be tracked in medical records and if symptoms like agitation or low mood might improve.
