Summary

This study tests whether adding two immunotherapy drugs (atezolizumab and bevacizumab) before and after a standard tumor-burning procedure (radiofrequency ablation) can prevent small liver cancers from returning. About 202 adults with early-stage liver cancer will be randomly assigned to receive either ablation alone or the drug combo plus ablation. The goal is to see if the combination improves recurrence-free survival.
