Summary
This study looked at two different ways of using TENS (a device that sends mild electrical pulses through the skin) to relieve chronic pelvic pain in men who had prostate surgery. Sixty men aged 50 to 60 with pudendal neuralgia took part. The goal was to see which TENS mode worked better for reducing pain and stress levels.
