NCT ID NCT07746414
First seen Aug 05, 2026 · Last updated Aug 07, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This pilot study tests whether high-intensity interval training (HIIT) before prostate removal surgery can improve recovery and reduce anxiety. Men scheduled for radical prostatectomy will do vigorous exercise for about 60 minutes per week for at least four weeks before their operation. Researchers will measure blood markers and anxiety levels to see if the exercise has beneficial effects.
