Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, telisotuzumab vedotin and osimertinib, in people with a type of advanced lung cancer (NSCLC) that has stopped responding to osimertinib alone. The cancer must have a specific gene change (EGFR mutation) and high levels of a protein called c-MET. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth. About 60 adults will take part in this phase 2 trial.
