Virtual therapy shows promise for kids with cerebral palsy

Summary
This study compared a special hand therapy (mCIMT) delivered via video calls to a standard home program in 42 children with unilateral cerebral palsy. The telerehabilitation group did therapy for 1 hour, 3 times a week for 6 weeks, plus daily activities. The goal was to see if remote therapy could improve upper limb function and quality of life. Results are not yet reported.
