Summary

This study compared a special hand therapy (mCIMT) delivered via video calls to a standard home program in 42 children with unilateral cerebral palsy. The therapy group did one-hour sessions three times a week for six weeks, plus daily activities. The goal was to see if telerehabilitation could improve how children use their affected hand and their quality of life.
