Summary
This study tested whether a telerehabilitation program done at home with a smartphone works as well as standard in-person rehab for people recovering from an ankle fracture. 200 adults participated, comparing functional recovery and quality of life over 6 months. The goal is to see if remote rehab can be a convenient and effective option.
