Summary
This study tested whether video-based therapy (telepsychology) can help people with spinal cord injury who feel depressed. 75 adults with a recent spinal cord injury and mild to moderate depression received cognitive behavior therapy over iPad FaceTime. The goal was to reduce depression and anxiety and improve life satisfaction, making therapy more accessible for those who face transportation or stigma barriers.
