Summary

This study tests whether adding extra booster sessions and a website to a standard 8-week mindfulness program delivered by phone can better reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in people with heart disease or risk factors like high blood pressure. About 160 participants will be followed for several months. The goal is to see if these extras help improve emotional well-being.
