Summary
This study tested a telenursing program for 70 adults with type 2 diabetes in Bangladesh. Patients received health education and lifestyle coaching by phone to help them manage their diet, exercise, and medication. The goal was to see if this approach could improve blood sugar control (HbA1c) and be practical for use in primary care centers.
