First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a special type of talk therapy, delivered via video calls, can reduce anxiety and depression in young adults (ages 18-64) with type 1 diabetes. The therapy also includes reviewing continuous glucose monitor data to help link emotions and blood sugar levels. About 94 participants will be randomly assigned to receive the therapy or usual care, and researchers will measure changes in mood and blood sugar control over six months.
