Summary

This study tests a telehealth weight-loss program designed for people who have had a stroke. The goal is to help participants lose weight and improve their health, especially those who have limited access to in-person programs. About 94 adults who are at least one year past their first stroke and have a BMI of 25 or higher will take part. Participants either start the program right away or join a wait-list, and weight is tracked using a smart scale at home.
