Summary
This study is testing a telehealth program designed to help people who have finished treatment for early-stage lung or colorectal cancer. It compares a special coaching program that teaches self-management skills to standard educational materials. The goal is to see if the coaching improves survivors' confidence, communication with doctors, and overall quality of life.
