Summary
This study tests whether a telehealth program can help people who have had ACL knee surgery manage post-traumatic osteoarthritis. About 65 current or former military members will use a mobile app to learn about arthritis and track their knee function and activity. The goal is to see if the program improves their readiness to manage arthritis and their overall knee health.
