This study tests whether telehealth self-management coaching sessions can improve quality of life for people with metastatic pancreatic cancer and their family caregivers. Participants will attend virtual coaching sessions focused on managing physical symptoms, emotional well-being, and social and spiritual needs. The trial aims to enroll 136 patient-caregiver pairs and will compare their quality of life to those receiving standard care.
