Summary
This study is testing an online group support program designed to help adults with spina bifida. Over 10 weekly video sessions, participants will work on improving their self-esteem, social skills, and overall psychological well-being. The goal is to see if this accessible, remote program can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression and enhance quality of life.
