Can a Nurse's phone call ease chronic pain?

NCT ID NCT07174635

Summary

This study tested whether phone-based education and support from a nurse could help people with fibromyalgia manage their pain and improve their daily activity levels. It involved 44 participants, half of whom received several educational phone calls over about a month. The goal was to see if this remote support made a meaningful difference compared to those who did not receive the calls.
