Summary
This study will follow 1,000 older adults from under-resourced communities who have early memory concerns or mild cognitive impairment. Participants will be monitored through phone or video visits, with data collected on thinking skills, brain scans, and blood samples. The goal is to better understand how dementia develops in these groups and to inform future research.
