Summary
This study tested a prevention program for university students at risk of technology addiction. 84 first-year students who showed signs of heavy internet or tech use took part. The program aimed to reduce screen time, increase physical activity, and improve sleep. Results could help shape national efforts to fight behavioral addictions.
