Summary

This study tests whether a type of radiofrequency therapy called TECAR can reduce pain and improve daily function in people with a herniated disc in the lower back. Researchers will enroll 54 adults aged 20-60 who have had low back pain for more than 12 weeks. Participants will receive TECAR therapy plus exercise, and the team will measure changes in pain levels and disability over time.
