Summary
This study tests whether combining a gentle brain stimulation technique (tDCS) with immersive virtual reality meditation can help reduce anxiety in people with Generalized Anxiety Disorder or similar conditions. About 52 adults will receive 12 sessions over two weeks, either real or fake tDCS, while meditating in a calming VR environment. Researchers will check anxiety levels right after treatment and again one month later.
