First seen Jan 20, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tested whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called tDCS can reduce chronic pelvic pain in women with endometriosis. Thirty participants received tDCS sessions over two weeks, and researchers measured changes in pain levels, pain sensitivity, and brain activity. The goal was to see if this safe, drug-free approach could offer a new way to manage endometriosis-related pain.
