Summary
This study tested if a fine mist made from traditional Chinese herbs can relieve dry eye disease. 200 adults with dry eye used either an herbal mist or a placebo mist several times a week for 4 months, along with standard eye drops. The goal was to see if the herbal mist improves symptoms and tear film stability better than placebo.
