Summary

This study tested a procedure called TCAR to treat blocked carotid arteries (major neck arteries). 55 patients with severe blockages were treated, and researchers used brain scans to check for new small brain lesions after the procedure. The goal was to see how safe the procedure is in terms of brain health.
