Summary

This study looked at how to best dose two medicines, rifapentine and isoniazid, for children aged 0-12 with latent (hidden) tuberculosis infection. The goal was to find a dose that works as well as in adults to prevent the infection from turning into active TB. The study included both HIV-infected and HIV-uninfected children to ensure safety and effectiveness for all.
