Summary

This study looked at whether a 4-week resistance training program is doable for 7 to 10 new mothers who had pregnancy complications like preeclampsia or gestational diabetes. The goal was to see how well they could stick with the exercise plan and how much they enjoyed it. The results will help design better exercise programs for this group.
