Summary
This study tests whether a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) worn on the arm can diagnose gestational diabetes as well as the standard oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). Pregnant women of Chinese or Indian ethnicity will wear the sensor for up to 10 days and also undergo the OGTT. Researchers will compare glucose readings from both methods and see which better predicts pregnancy outcomes. The goal is to find a more comfortable and informative way to diagnose gestational diabetes.
