Summary

This large, completed Phase 3 trial tested whether customizing chemotherapy based on a patient's specific sarcoma tumor type works better than a standard one-size-fits-all approach. It involved 550 adults with high-risk soft tissue sarcomas in their limbs or trunk wall. The main goal was to see if the personalized treatment plan could help patients live longer without their cancer returning.
