First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This observational study will follow 600 adults with chronic or acute heart failure to see how biomarkers and other factors predict individual responses to standard medications. Participants will have assessments at the start and after 1, 3, and 6 months, with follow-up phone calls every 6 months. The goal is to improve personalized treatment strategies for heart failure.
