Summary

This study tested whether tai chi or core stability exercises better improve balance in people who had colorectal surgery. Sixty adults aged 25 to 40 did either tai chi or core exercises for 8 weeks, starting 10 days after surgery. Researchers measured balance using the Star Excursion Balance Test and the Berg Balance Scale.
