First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a short, guided team-reflection session during practice can help elite women's underwater rugby players make better tactical decisions. Twenty-six players will be split into two groups: one does the reflection, the other rests normally. After 6 weeks, their tactical efficiency in 3v3 scrimmages will be compared.
