First seen Dec 10, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tested whether a 4-week Tactical Critical Thinking Program helps university volleyball players make better decisions during games. Twenty-four male players from a Colombian university were split into two groups: one did the special program, the other continued normal training. Researchers measured decision-making in serves, passes, and spikes from game videos to see if the program made a difference.
