Summary
This study tests whether a gentle brain stimulation technique called tACS can make mindfulness therapy work better for people with generalized anxiety disorder. 99 adults will receive either real or fake tACS while doing mindfulness exercises. Researchers will track anxiety symptoms, worry, and brain activity to see if the combination helps more than therapy alone.
