This study tests whether adding a drug that blocks a cancer cell survival process called autophagy can make standard TACE therapy more effective for liver cancer. TACE cuts off the tumor's blood supply, but cancer cells often survive by eating their own parts for energy. The trial enrolls about 93 adults with unresectable liver cancer to see if this combination improves local tumor control and boosts the immune system's attack on the cancer.
