Summary
This study tests whether TA-65, a dietary supplement that activates telomerase, can improve small blood vessel function in healthy older adults and people with coronary artery disease. Researchers will measure blood vessel responses in the skin and track blood pressure. The trial includes 180 participants aged 18-35 and 65+.
