Virus therapy takes on tough cancers: new hope for advanced tumors?

Summary
This study tests a new treatment called T3011, a virus injected directly into tumors, for people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapies. About 30 participants will receive T3011 alone or with another drug (pembrolizumab) to see if it is safe and can shrink tumors. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it, as ongoing management is expected.
