Summary
This study tests a new treatment called T3011, a virus injected directly into tumors, alone or with the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab. It is for 30 adults with advanced solid tumors like melanoma or lung cancer that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to check safety and find the best dose, not to cure the disease.
