Summary

This study tests whether adding 4 cycles of the drug T-DXh can eliminate leftover cancer in women with HER2-positive breast cancer who still have disease after standard chemotherapy. About 59 participants will receive T-DXh before surgery. The goal is to see if more patients can achieve a complete response, meaning no cancer found in breast or lymph nodes after treatment.
