Summary

This study tests a drug called Trastuzumab-Deruxtecan (T-DXd) in 28 people with HER2-low breast cancer that has spread to the brain. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink brain tumors and control the cancer. Participants receive the drug intravenously, and doctors monitor tumor response using brain scans.
