Summary
This study tests a gel called Synolis VA 80/160 for people with painful hip osteoarthritis. The goal is to see if it reduces pain and improves hip function over 6 months. About 70 adults with moderate hip arthritis who haven't gotten enough relief from standard painkillers will take part.
