First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026

Summary

This study tests a new device called the SynFlow Duro system, a temporary heart pump for people who go into severe shock after heart surgery. The pump helps the heart pump blood while it recovers or while waiting for a transplant or a permanent heart pump. About 60 adults in China will take part, and the study will check if the device helps them survive and improve heart function.
