Summary
This study tests a mobile app designed to help children aged 9 to 16 who have recently finished cancer treatment manage their symptoms. The app provides educational materials and real-time support, plus personalized help from a nurse. Researchers want to see if using the app for 12 weeks improves children's physical function, anxiety, depression, fatigue, peer relationships, and pain, and also boosts their caregivers' quality of life.
