Summary

This study looks at whether switching from Xiidra to a new eye drop called TRYPTYR (acoltremon 0.003%) can better improve dry eye symptoms and tear production. About 100 adults who have used Xiidra for at least a month and still have dry eye symptoms will take part. Researchers will measure changes in tear production and symptom scores over 28 days.
