First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether switching from the dry eye drop Xiidra to a new drop called TRYPTYR (acoltremon 0.003%) can improve symptoms and tear production. About 100 adults with chronic dry eye who are already using Xiidra will take part. Researchers will measure tear production and symptom scores over 28 days to see if the switch helps.
