First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at whether switching from the dry eye drop Xiidra to a new drop called TRYPTYR (acoltremon 0.003%) can better improve symptoms and tear production. About 100 adults who have used Xiidra for at least a month will be switched to TRYPTYR and monitored for 28 days. The goal is to see if the new drop provides greater relief from dry eye signs and discomfort.
