First seen Jun 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at 50 women who had a heart attack or unstable angina but no major blockages in their heart arteries. Doctors will use special imaging (IVUS and MRI) to find hidden causes like cholesterol buildup in artery walls or small vessel disease. The goal is to better understand why these heart attacks happen and how to treat them.
