AI-Powered ECG could spot hidden heart disease in minutes
NCT ID NCT07579624
First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study aims to see if a simple, 1-minute electrocardiogram (ECG) analyzed by artificial intelligence can accurately detect significant blockages in the heart's arteries. Researchers will compare the AI's results from 400 adults (half with known blockages, half without) against standard imaging tests. If successful, this could lead to a quick, non-invasive screening tool for coronary artery disease.
